These terms apply to the Brisbane Marriage Office paperwork-only marriage service.

What this service is

This website sells a private celebrant-led paperwork-only marriage service.

It is not a government registry service.

It is not a full wedding ceremony service.

Booking and payment

Booking starts through the booking form.

Payment is required as part of the booking process.

Your booking does not by itself lock in a marriage appointment.

The next available date, time, and place are confirmed once your paperwork has been received, checked, and accepted, and subject to availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and the documents needed for the marriage.

We provide the paperwork-only marriage service in line with Australian marriage law and professional obligations as authorised celebrants.
