Official certificate ordered separately
The official marriage certificate is ordered from Queensland Births, Deaths and Marriages after registration.

The practical questions couples usually ask before booking.
What happens after we book?
After you book and pay, you prepare your NOIM and gather your ID documents. Once we receive the paperwork, we confirm the next available date, time, and place.
Does booking alone lock in a date?
No. Your appointment depends on when the signed NOIM is received and on our availability.
Is the official marriage certificate included?
No. We give you the ceremonial certificate on the day. The official certificate is ordered separately from Queensland Births, Deaths and Marriages after the marriage is registered.
Do you do weddings for this price?
No. This price is for the paperwork-only legal marriage service. It does not include a full wedding ceremony, personal vows, or guest-focused planning.
Can you help if one of us is overseas or divorced?
Yes. Those situations are common, and we can explain what documents and timing you need.
